Safety Precautions
1:1 student to manikin is in place. No sharing, sorry.
Manikins and equipment are sanitized with CDC recommended disinfectant wipes after each student use. CPR training requires practice of giving breaths through a pocket mask. Disposable manikin lung bags are changed after each student use. In addition, each students are given a new one-way valve to be used with a face mask. Participation in class carries Covid risks that can not be fully eliminated. Students may choose to simulate the breathing portion of the skills. Students (and parents of students under 18 years of age) agree and promise to accept and assume all risks associated in participating in class. |
